GTXM and Invisible Giant Consulting Join Forces to Revolutionise Strategic Marketing and Sales

GTXM and Invisible Giant Consulting Join Forces to Revolutionise Strategic Marketing and Sales

Oxford-based GTXM and Cambridge-based Invisible Giant Consulting have joined forces to create a powerful end-to-end strategic marketing and sales offering. The two businesses, which have been collaborating for several years, have decided that consolidating their partnership will provide a more effective and impactful solution for their customers.

GTXM is renowned for providing Telemarketing, Sales Development, Market Research, and Bid Support services. In addition, GTXM offers Marketing Services that align closely with Invisible Giant’s strategic and tactical marketing consulting, content development, and the newly created provision of virtual sales and marketing directors for businesses that require robust support without the need for full-time employees.

Kai Duggal

What makes this partnership particularly strong is the long-standing working relationship between Dan Thomas, Director of GTXM, and Kai Duggal, Director of Invisible Giant Consulting and Non Exec Director for GTXM. Their professional rapport spans over 20 years, having first worked together at corporate communications giant Investis, which has laid a solid foundation for this powerful collaboration.

Dan Thomas explains, “GTXM provides essential services that every business needs, but not every business understands the work involved in smart business development and building a strong sales pipeline. It takes effort and market understanding, along with the ability to develop relationships from scratch. While the world has shifted towards online business, personal relationships remain paramount. Invisible Giant brings seasoned marketing and business development expertise to the table.”

Kai Duggal concurs, highlighting that sales without a comprehensive marketing offer is a lonely journey and likely less effective. “Yes, marketing is about brand awareness, and we focus on that from a strategic perspective, but we mainly use marketing as a direct route to sales—whether through content marketing or direct lead generation campaigns. Invisible Giant adapts to whatever a customer needs. Sometimes this means acting as an in-house or virtual marketing/sales director, and sometimes it involves executing a campaign. If they have a plan, great; if not, we can help them develop one both tactically and strategically. Most people want their marketing to lead to sales, which is why teaming up with GTXM makes perfect sense.”

Both businesses acknowledge the evolving landscape of marketing, including content creation and the use of technology platforms. AI is accelerating and providing fantastic tools to support businesses, and GTXM and Invisible Giant advise on how best to maximise these tools for their clients.

The message is clear: both businesses had the resources and expertise individually, but now, together, they can provide an on-demand resource, develop strategies, create content, and deliver effective marketing plans that drive sales.
