Kai is a business strategist and marketing specialist who founded Invisible Giant to help ambitious businesses grow, build smart marketing strategies, and shape long-term business plans that actually work.

With decades of experience in media and marketing – across both commercial and operational roles – Kai brings a distinctive, hands-on approach rooted in real-world insight and a deep understanding of the people he works with. As an executive director, non-executive director, and strategic consultant, he’s advised CEOs and boards on everything from boosting revenue and sharpening business development to strengthening marketing and operations. His sector experience spans digital, entertainment/media, corporate, property, and the third sector.

Kai has worked with a diverse range of organisations – from FTSE 100 giants and European large caps like Adidas and Unilever, to early-stage startups – and has developed multi-platform media formats featuring A-list talent including Ray Winstone and Mickey Rourke.

Through Invisible Giant and a trusted network of partners, Kai delivers not only strategy, but full-service marketing and multimedia content solutions.

Alongside his work at Invisible Giant, Kai also serves as a non-executive director and partner to a select group of high-potential businesses, including GTXM and Global Promotions.

As Director of Invisible Giant Consulting and as our lead partner at GTXM, Dan now helps growth-focused companies scale their Business Development, Demand Generation, and Marketing capabilities. Through a blend of expert telemarketing, strategic marketing support, and the smart use of technology, Invisible Giant enables clients to break into new markets, connect with key decision-makers, and uncover real sales opportunities.
